Job Description

The Access4You Service Hub is working on a state-of-the-art secure access into the global Telekom World with just one sign-on. Employees get the IT products, services and platforms to be productive at Telekom.

We bundle the identity, authentication and authorization activities for internal tools and services of Deutsche Telekom. Additionally the VDS (virtual desktop services) is part of the scope.

It provides secure and compliant services for all business applications internationally.

Key-Stakeholder beside the management team of DTIT and the cross demand bodies of all group segments incl. all international units.

The hub is structured into SAFe driven value streams (DevOps) and operations focused value streams.

Applications in scope (examples): Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, CAIMAN (One.Identity), CIAM, myIT, VDS

You empower our teams by taking over responsibility for the further development and harmonization of the widely used Microsoft products and services in our environment, focusing on ordering and provisioning of software, hardware and virtual IT assets. Additionally, you consult and support the teams in designing solutions for complex demands. You describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems.

As a System Architect in the SAFe organization, you take part in defining and communicating a shared vision for the Service Hub

You work together with …

• Service Hub Owners, Products Managers and RTEs in your role as a SAFe System Architect
• Architects from workplace-related areas like the Client or Collaboration Hub
• Product Management, Customers and Suppliers to ensure fitness for purpose
• Product Owners and Teams within the Hub to create solution designs
• Enterprise Architects to align our solutions fits with enterprise goals, and preferred technologies

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in the Workplace-related environment
• Knowledge of SAFe framework and joy to work in agile Teams
• Experience in architectural work and common architecture frameworks
• Ability to identify and manage dependencies with other Tel-IT HUBs
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
• High level of communication and consulting skills
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• Good English skills
