Solution Architect Director

We are excited to offer an opportunity on our Solutions Architect team with potential to influence multiple projects and organizations to adopt to Bonterra's social good solutions and platforms. This role combines exciting facets of solution design experience.
What you'll do:

• Design - Design and architect solutions that support our business and technology strategies.
• Review - Work with our talented global team to review and align design approaches.
• Leadership - Provide leadership to build the team's design capability through formal and informal channels.
• Engage - Engage with multiple internal and external technical and business stakeholders.
• Learn - Learn our social good solutions (Fundraising + Engagement, Case Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility).

Who you are:

• Clear & engaging communicator with the ability to personalize a discussion, written communications, and account presentations in a memorable way while listening to our customers' needs and clearly articulating Bonterra's value.
• Technical acumen with the ability to quickly grasp enterprise products; how they work and how/what problems they solve.
• Trusted advisor who can approach the customer as a partner to help them solve technical problems, instilling their confidence and inspiring them to take action that will lead to their success.
• Sales Expert who is able to convince customers to buy into a vision and ultimately make a purchase.

Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $150,100 - $270,100
