HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Solutions Architect II, we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for designing complex interactions between business processes and the technologies that enable those processes to function. Focus on establishing the best technology solution to meet specific business needs.

What you will do in the position:

  • Work directly with subject matter experts to understand their business strategy, high level requirements & processes.
  • Demonstrate future state solution to support business requirements and strategy using ERP, CRM & related applications and technologies.
  • Accountable for the overall solution design including integrated products, hands on configuration and development of solutions.
  • Act as the authority on solution design and best practices.
  • Provide solution demonstrations with relevant business scenarios and data. Build trusted relationships with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders.
  • Track progress on assigned tasks, clear roadblocks.
  • Develop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures.
  • Review functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes.
  • Act as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed according to the documented design.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to confirm understanding of business processes and desired outcomes.
  • Prepare FDD's, TDD's, desired outcomes and test scenarios.
  • Share knowledge with other project team members and create cross-training opportunities.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years with Dynamics CE including Solution Architect experience.
  • Extensive understanding of D365 CE functionality and configuration. Ability to configure preferred.
  • A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ISV's, integrations, and Power Platform tools.
  • Experience of designing solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including leading and mentoring others.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Confidence and adaptability.
  • Self-starter/works independently.

Pay Range: $103,700.00 to $129,600.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
