We are currently seeking a highly motivated Java/J2EE Architect/Lead with deep experience in full stack web application development, specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is critical to the evolution of Apple's brand as you will be working with the teams taking apple.com to the next phase of its evolution. In addition to a strong technical background, the ideal candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. The position requires excellence in communication and building consensus among peers and across teams, motivating team members to do their best work, and the ability to work well with partners from a wide range of backgrounds with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Description

The Architect/Lead will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, define solutions, and determine future strategies for architecture and application development. You will work with members of multiple teams diagnosing, debugging, and upgrading complex systems, and participating in investigating build, deployment, and operational issues. You will collaborate with other technical teams on DevOps responsibilities for application deployment, performance, monitoring, reliability and scalability.
