Solution Architect Senior Manager

This role sits at the intersection of solution design, client engagement, and delivery orchestration, where you will translate complex client requirements into scalable, standardized solution offerings. You will operate in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to shape end-to-end solutions that are both commercially viable and operationally executable. The position requires a strong ability to influence decision-making, guide solution configuration, and ensure alignment across multiple teams. You will play a key role in defining service design, delivery approach, and associated cost structures. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will facilitate discussions, workshops, and solution validations with client stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly shapes successful project outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.

• Analyze client requirements and configure solutions using standardized service offerings and frameworks.
• Lead solution planning activities and ensure alignment between client needs, delivery capabilities, and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from solution design to execution.
• Define delivery approach, service shaping, and optimal delivery location strategies.
• Estimate and validate solution costs and ensure financial and operational feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations with client stakeholders.
• Secure formal client approval and sign-off on proposed solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple teams to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
• Provide advisory input and influence strategic decisions related to solution architecture and design.
• Resolve cross-functional challenges by developing scalable solutions applicable across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure trust, alignment, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, solution planning, or related consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into structured solutions.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
• Experience leading workshops, client discussions, and solution design presentations.
• Strong advisory and communication skills with executive-level presence.
• Ability to make team-level and cross-functional decisions in complex environments.
• Experience working across multiple teams in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of delivery models, service design, and cost estimation principles.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to design scalable, cross-enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; advanced experience in consulting or technology environments preferred.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
