The GO Language Architect plays a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our GO language discipline framework, ensuring the continuous growth and innovation of our organization.

Advancing the discipline through key pillars such as leadership development and growing technology champions. By optimizing talent acquisition and retention strategies, the Lead ensures a robust talent pipeline of skilled GO engineers. Fostering a strong sense of professional belonging, the Lead cultivates a vibrant GO community, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing. • Foster community engagement by cultivating a vibrant GoLang community
• Drive technology transformation leveraging customer adoption and open-source initiatives
• Enhance talent acquisition practices to attract and retain top-tier GoLang engineering talent
• Promote skill excellence and development through comprehensive training programs
• Contribute to proficiency and mastery by implementing robust assessment frameworks
• Nurture mentorship and collaboration through focused mentorship programs
• Cultivate apprenticeship talent dedicated to supporting early-career professionals
• Contribute to professional growth by fostering knowledge-sharing and collaboration among GoLang professionals
• Align all initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and report progress to stakeholders
• Support initiatives that promote collaboration and shared knowledge among GoLang engineers
• Implement and enhance mentorship programs supporting a range of skills and technologies
• Drive initiatives to harness and elevate Go competences and expertise
• Create structured environments for learning and experimentation within the GoLang ecosystem
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the GoLang discipline framework on organizational growth and innovation

Requirements

• 12 to 25 years of programming experience in GoLang, with 5+ years in scalable backend systems
• Extensive experience in GoLang domain
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, or supporting applications with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in solution/system architecture and technology transformation efforts
• Experience working in a technical pre-sales capacity and ability to work with a cross-functional pre-sales team
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and development
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for fostering a thriving community of GoLang professionals
