We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As a solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.

Role Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Cloud/Hybrid service and supporting business capture by developing cost effective, secured, complaint solutions.
• Assist Application product and services in designing solutions and implementation on various cloud native, agnostics technologies that meet technical, security and business needs.
• Translate/Discuss/Engages project-based requirement to technical approaches/breakdown as per organization standards and guidelines, develop and understand conceptual/contextual/logical arch using standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Research and identify, engage cross-teams, and do the analysis of alternative cloud solutions.
• Demonstrating knowledge related to Cloud Platforms, Virtualization Strategies, Automation and Orchestration Strategies, Cloud Capacity/Performance/cost Optimization, and Application Migrations/Onboarding to a Cloud, Disaster Recovery strategies and implementation.
• Perform rapid POC’s and build rails for engineering team, implement Architectural governance.
• Provide technical expertise, implementation on cloud technologies – implementation of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Private SaaS on AWS, GCP. Well versed with Serverless, Microservices, Service Mesh, Event based solutions, API Gateway, Messaging, EKS, ECS, big data processing, AI/ML, Networking.
• Understanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge in cloud container services (e.g. GKE, EKS, AKS), storage services (e.g. EBS), and database services (e.g. RDS); infrastructure deployments with systems integrations, network engineering, and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding and implementation on Application & Infra observability, backups, alerts, and notification.
• Work on Engineering- develop, deployment of the cloud resources, troubleshooting, Incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage escalations with cloud service providers and other vendors for a timely resolution of operational and design issues.
• Knowledge on IaC (Ex: Terraform, CFT), DevOps Tools and Technologies- CI/CD(ex: Jenkins, Spinnaker, Gitlab, Jfrog)
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate/recommend remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
• knowledge of on-premises networking as well as the hybrid connectivity to AWS
• Work on engineering with cross-team for architecture and engineering discussions.
• Create & maintain support documentation, architecture diagrams & communications.
• Ensure technology complexities are understood very clearly to implement solutions meet security policies and complaint.
• Research, evaluate and plan technical solutions to business problems, including software evaluations.
• Oversee implementation and adoption of new technology acquisition, including performing some hands-on engineering implementation.
• Design integration scenarios for end-to-end system integration of new and existing solutions.
• Proof of Concept – Evaluate various technologies, performing a proof of concept in each, and define the recommended solution.
• Develop and maintain system architecture strategy and roadmaps, working with engineering partners and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to creating a cohesive and reusable engineering architecture that optimizes for speed and value.

Role Requirements

• Professional 5-8 years of experience.
• AWS Certification – Application Architect track, Any DevOps related certifications and trainings
• Hands-On AWS cloud infrastructure and deployments strategies- Blue/Green, Canary, AWS CLI usages, SDK’s.
• Hand-on on delivering System Design & Solutioning, observability & operational stability with high resiliency, availability, and reliability.
• Evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state.
• Ability to cross collaborate and advise stakeholders.
• Knowledge & hands-on on DevOps and modern CICD philosophies and tools like Cloud bees Jenkins and Spinnaker, Ansible.
• Knowledge & Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform
• Ability to lead, communicate and problem solving.
