Solution Consultant AI & Analytics

1. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics: Must have a deep understanding of the principles and applications of AI and Analytics including machine learning data mining and predictive modeling and Generative AI.
2. Sales and Consulting Skills: Must have proven sales or consulting experience with a strong ability to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions.
3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Must be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and other consultants.
5. Language Skills: Must be fluent in Portuguese and have an advanced level in English as they will need to communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages.
6. Problem Solving and Analysis Skills: Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
7. Project Management Skills: Must have experience managing projects and ensuring adequate deadlines for delivering solutions.
8. Stay Updated: Must be able to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and Analytics and incorporate them into their solutions.
