What You'll Bring:
  • Expert in translating data into unique insights that are delivered through compelling presentations in PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including explaining complex concepts in simple terms

  • Robust analytical capability with an ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience
  • Prior experience in presenting in-front of both internal and external stakeholders

What We'd Love to See:
  • Prior working experience within auto insurance or with 3rd party data providers that service the auto insurance market
  • Working knowledge of insurance pricing and underwriting practices, FCRA regulations, and DPPA regulations
  • Proficiency in using Visio, Tableau, or other visual tools is preferred
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple business units, including IT and legal

Impact You'll Make:
The Solution Consultant will lead all offline evaluations of TransUnion's driving record solutions, which are used to measure product performance and demonstrate value to our clients. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by developing processes and using creative analysis in order to meet the client's objectives and help influence decisions. Additional development opportunities will include supporting a broad array of solutions within TransUnion's solution suite and contributing to industry thought leadership.
Other areas of focus for this impactful position will include:
  • Reduce the time it takes clients to complete offline evaluations through creating new processes and regularly communicating to key stakeholders (sales, legal, etc.)
  • Act as a primary liaison between external clients and internal data quality and data acquisition teams based on the results of client validations
  • Create regular reporting that tracks validation results over time, and analyze aggregate data to identify trends and potential areas of focus
  • Develop into a product subject matter expert with a particular focus on understanding our underlying data and accurately applying the correct settings for the evaluation based on the client's use case
  • Provide feedback on ideas for new features, and product improvement areas based on market demand
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to top tier insurance clients either virtually or in-person (when appropriate)
