  • Architect, implement, and showcase cloud-based IT integrations and data pipelines connecting enterprise systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, ERP) to streamline workflows and data analysis.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to define and prioritize features that support data science and bioinformatics requirements.
  • Enable complex enterprise rollouts by collaborating with professional services and customer success teams to ensure scalable, reliable deployments.
  • Develop compelling messaging and materials highlighting the value of IT and data science integrations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to best practices for IT and data science integrations and influence the product roadmap to better serve technical users.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience with complex software systems, cloud-based enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, and data analysis in life sciences or similar R&D environments.
    • Strong programming and API experience in Python or R for system integration and workflow automation.
    • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including IT, data science, and scientific users.
    • Experience collaborating with engineering and security teams to solve technical integration and architecture challenges.
    • Analytical, creative, and persistent mindset with a passion for solving complex problems in biotechnology.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 20% and engage in client-facing, consultative activities.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive, market-based salary determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
      • Comprehensive region-specific benefits program for full-time employees.
      • Fully remote work with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
      • Opportunities to work directly with cutting-edge biotech R&D workflows and AI-driven research tools.
      • Professional growth through collaboration with engineering, product, and data science teams.
      • Inclusive and diverse work environment, with a strong commitment to equity and equal opportunity.
