Pluralsight Solution Engineers are responsible for helping engineering leaders find engineering insights by presenting Pluralsight's Flow platform to prospective customers, capturing customer technical requirements, crafting and delivering demonstrations of the product suite, , crafting evaluation & POC plans with customers, owning the evaluation process to a successful outcome and ensuring a proper handoff to the customer success and professional Services team.

What you'll own:
- Passionate about the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our value engineering approach in partnership with our customers.
- Be the "go-to" specialist in positioning Pluralsight's products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questions
- Develop and be able to work in a structured workflow for technical sales requests
- Conduct customer facing technical sales calls as needed by the team
- Deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to Senior leaders/executives & decision makers
- Partner with customers in running value aligned Pilots/Proof of Concepts
- Assist assigned sales teams in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIs
Experience you'll need:
- Validated experience selling or supporting sophisticated, technical multi-product solutions
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, product management and/or project management
- Proven track record to read, work with, analyze and argue with data
- Hands on experience with ingesting data and building visualizations
- Operational aptitude balanced by highly-effective interpersonal skills
- Good eye for business to clearly articulate and present a technical topic to an audience.
- Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers
- Prior successful 2+ years of sales engineering experience, ideally with a Software as a Service
- Fluent in English, both verbally as well as written
- Experience working with Git, JIRA or related products is a plus
