Solution Engineer - Zenkraft
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to join the North America sales team to contribute to the growth of the Zenkraft solution. The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, persuasion skills, and customer-centricity. You play a pivotal role in driving customer success and fostering long-term relationships by delivering innovative, value-driven solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in the Salesforce ecosystem. You are a seasoned Salesforce specialist with a proven track record of pre-sales technical experience and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
Who You’ll Work With:
Zenkraft is the leading Salesforce native shipping application. We help our clients connect to their favorite carriers through our numerous integrations, allowing them to ship, track, and manage returns directly from their Salesforce environment. In 2022, we were acquired by Bringg, a last-mile delivery and logistics company based out of Tel Aviv, Israel. The majority of our team is based in the United States and Europe, with a remote-first focus. We are consistently recognized as the leading shipping solution by our Salesforce partners and teams.
What You’ll Do:
A typical day on the job might consist of discovery calls, product demonstrations, technical validation, customer follow-up, RFPs, partner engagement, and collaborating with the Account Executives to close a deal. You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff for implementation. You will be the trusted advisor for the Zenkraft product, ensuring its continued success in the marketplace.
What You’ll Bring:
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment in collaboration with partners (Salesforce, SI’s, other ISVs).
- Listen to sales conversations for points of value, translate them into a demonstration of the Zenkraft product
- Thorough knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem mainly, Core and B2C/B2B Commerce.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce's administrative tools, including setup, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce instances.
- Exceptional writing, editing/formatting, organization, and time management skills.
- Required experience in creating and managing automation using tools like Salesforce Flows, Quick Actions, Components and triggers.
- Excellent people skills - able to work with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and all levels of authority internally and externally.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities – able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- An eagerness to broaden their knowledge through certifications, Salesforce webinars, and in-person events.
- High-level familiarity with APIs and ability to differentiate between RESTful and SOAP.
