Job Description:
We are looking for an individual, who is passionate about electronics, innovative, and enjoys being involved in technology that will make life not only different, but better.
As the Solution Field Applications Engineer for Arrow Electronics, you will help guide innovation forward with your team, customers, and suppliers enabling them to create, make and manage their technology.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

• Creating design wins at Arrow's customers, in line with EMEA supplier & technology strategy, to maximize the generation of profitable, protected business.
• Working with Engineering Manager and Territory Managers to define core customers.
• Building up and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing.
• Guiding the creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their ideas and products.
• Helping development engineers selecting leading-edge electronic components, technologies, and solutions for their next design.
• Participating in relevant supplier trainings.
• Elaborating of optimal technical system solutions down to the component level.
• Technical advice and supporting our customers on site.
• Utilizing an advanced understanding of the customers needs and technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
• Driving demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
• Partnering with the sales team across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Providing more advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.

Who are we looking for?

• Action oriented, problem solving, customer focused, and results driven.
• Passionate about electronics.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Experience and understanding of country electronics markets.
• Good communication skills.
