Solution Launch Manager
Job Description
- Partner with business owners from client services, advisory services, product management, sales, and experience management to drive client value through successfully launching new products, features, and services to market.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the solution launch plan.
- Utilize project management skills to track deliverables and milestones, mitigate risks, and resolve issues across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, business development, and experience management partners to package, position, and price the solution.
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market resources, including marketing materials and programs aimed to educate and inform clients.
- Collaborate with product management and services in identifying the right client partners as the team advances through the phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with services and training teams to develop content needed to train and prepare for organizational readiness in implementing and supporting new launches.
- Collaborate with adoption managers to define, track, and monitor metrics related to launch success (as measured in adoption, utilization, and impact.)
- Proactively communicate on launch and post-launch progress to all stakeholders, including the executive team.
- 5-8 years relevant experience in Product Management, Product Marketing and/or Project Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with emphasis on technology
- Understanding and experience with Agile product development practices
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience within healthcare technology and/or financial software systems
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and at an executive level
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and data analysis
- Self-Starter with strong accountability and project management for tasks
- Domain expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong PowerPoint skills preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other equivalent CRM systems preferred
