Solution Lead

The Work:

Accenture is looking for a Solution Lead to join our Perth team, partnering with clients across mining, energy, transport, and other asset‑intensive industries.

This role suits a senior, technically strong leader who can shape end‑to‑end solutions, lead complex engagements, and act as a trusted advisor through operational and digital transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and assure end‑to‑end operational and digital solutions across complex environments

• Provide technical and decision leadership across consulting engagements

• Design secure, scalable solutions spanning applications, infrastructure, and data

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams

• Contribute thought leadership across areas such as autonomous operations, smart maintenance, data engineering, digital twins, and industrial automation

He's what you'll need:

• Proven leadership in solution architecture or engineering‑led delivery roles

• Deep expertise in Operational Technology and asset‑intensive environments

• Strong systems engineering and secure‑by‑design mindset

• Ability to influence, lead teams, and navigate complex organisations

• TOGAF and/or cloud certifications desirable

 

Working at Accenture

This is a hybrid role. We are flexible to your needs and our client service commitments. Our people enjoy a balance of working from home and working alongside their team and clients, with a minimum of three days per week in the office to support collaboration, learning and relationship‑building.

You’ll work on high‑impact programs with leading organisations, backed by a strong Sydney presence, global capability and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
