Job Summary:

The Solutions Manager - AI will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly focused Technology Enablement team responsible for developing new and expanding existing AI solutions in the global IT market. In this role, you will be a technology leader and provide expertise to help Supermicro build the best AI acceleration solutions in the industry. The Solution Manager - AI will serve as a field subject matter expert on Supermicro AI products and technologies. The ideal candidate will work with technology partners and customers from the technical to executive levels, manage projects hand in hand with internal and external teams, and help grow the business. Customer and solution focus are two key factors for this position, as well as planning, execution and hands-on support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):• Plan and lead cross-functional teams to design data center AI solutions, implement POC's with leading edge customers and influence enterprise customer decisions• Provide subject matter expertise on AI in cloud, on-prem and edge with state-of-the-art technologies; thereby becoming a trusted advisor to influential decision makers• Demonstrate Supermicro AI solutions and products to customers on site, through remote webinars and at events & tradeshows• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, and Operation teams to provide and support AI/ML and Deep Learning computing solutions• Provide product training to internal teams and customers

Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience within computer hardware technology is preferred• Minimum 5+ years of system technology related experience preferred• Knowledge of AI frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.• Knowledge of AI Networking cluster technologies and topologies• Understanding of Acceleration technologies spanning GPUs, TPUs, and IPUs• Demonstrates strong communication skills & ability to work with customers• Ability to plan efforts, lead extended teams and meet deadlines• Ability to travel to partners, customers and conferences as needed

Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.

Salary Range

$89,000 - $150,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
