Job Summary:

The Data and Analytics Solution Manager is responsible for defining the strategic vision of the Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics products. This is a leadership role, requiring interaction on a regular basis with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes related to the Business Intelligence solutions offered by Experity. This role will be responsible for evolving the strategy of analytics related to internal requirements, working with finance and other departments to meet those needs, as well as with our external Clients, delighting them with insightful content provided via our Experity BI, utilizing the Tableau platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, direct and organize, the overall Business Intelligence roadmap for Experity, addressing both internal and external needs and ensuring alignment with Experity's strategic initiatives.
  • Produce on time deliverables related to content and dashboards
  • Prioritizes the continued enhancement of the various Business Intelligence tools utilized by Experity and provided to its customers - Power BI, Tableau, SiSense
  • Define Business Intelligence operational standards across the organization
  • Establish strong relationships with Executive Leadership and ensure strategic alignment with other members of the Product and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with a team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts
  • Manage, track, support, and report on a variety of projects, processes, and project resources
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation regarding the operational workflows of the team, aligned with the Product Management workflows
  • Deliver accurate and timely operational and/or project status updates to represent Business Intelligence activities, related both to operational management of the team and continued evolution of the Business Intelligence tools and product offerings
  • Identify risk and actively pursue effective risk management strategies
  • Serve as point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders regarding Business Intelligence products and related activities
  • Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout product evolution, including management of the vendor relationships associated with the product offerings (Tableau and Power BI)
  • Cultivate and manage additional vendor relationships as assigned
  • Effectively interacts with other organizational teams and leaders to ensure collaboration across all areas including Client facing teams, Sales and Marketing, etc.
  • Manage client expectations around requests that have been made for additional content within the BI and ensure that the Voice of Customer is taken into consideration when planning for the evolution of the product
  • Document processes and workflows

Travel:

  • Occasional overnight travel required (about 20% of time or less)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Clinical Informatics experience
  • Demonstrated experience defining and delivering a roadmap of features that improve NPS and top line revenue
  • Experience conducting and analyzing customer and product discovery efforts (e.g. interviews, usability tests)

  • Experience with Analytics platforms and data management to support those applications, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.

  • Experience proposing and analyzing product KPIs
  • Experience with Scrum and Scrum software tools
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology

  • Minimum of five years of related experience involving leadership, product management, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare IT experience and/or related fields
  • Proficient in Windows based applications, and MS Office software products

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Healthcare, Software Development, or Information Technology

  • Understanding of data pipeline, modeling and management requirements
  • Experience with go to market activities for new products

  • Experience managing projects using Target Process Software
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
