What you will achieve
The Team
As a key member of the Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) strategy and business solutions team, you will play a critical role in defining the future of our company by shaping SHS data strategy
With respect to data and analytics, the strategy and business solutions team
Leads the development of data products and capabilities
Defines and delivers use cases for leveraging data and analytics to drive value through operational improvement, business intelligence and market intelligence
Develops the pipeline of high-priority strategic initiatives and drives execution of these initiatives in close partnership with the key stakeholders across SHS
Owns, develops, and refines the strategic vision and roadmap for SHS, including key decisions about potential changes in the target market segments, products mix and required investments
Delivers robust analysis of strategic opportunities, providing deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and SHS performance to support business cases for strategic projects
Leads key cross-functional initiatives related to improvements of SHS processes, systems, and tools

The Role
Work closely with the Director of Business Solutions and SHS executive leaders to launch a new data and advanced analytics platform; developed in partnership with Google
Build and maintain an integrated solution development roadmap that includes detailed milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines
Leads the program management of large scale, cross function go-to-market (GTM) activities, including seamless coordination across all workstreams including Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, & Operations
Delivers robust analysis on market size, growth, and trends by segment/geography as well as customer and competitor insights to inform roadmap decisions
Provides insight into financial drivers of performance of the solution as well as supports investment analysis and pricing strategy
Driving cross-platform process improvement and standardization efforts
Manages the development prioritization processes to support feature developments
Lead regular executive level steering committee meetings with the BU president and executive team on the product launch
Reporting progress against timelines and deliverables with particularly focus on identifying and escalating risks to on-time delivery of product launch
Establish best practices and tools for supporting GTM product launches in a standard and repeatable way
Develop an in-depth understanding of the solution in preparation to become the Product Manager
The successful candidate will have
3+ years of technology project management experience
Software product management experience and/or business consulting in IT industry preferred
Strong PowerPoint and executive level communication skills
Thought leader with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management and the capability to guide, educate, & influence the thinking of senior decision makers
Ability to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights & conclusions (and bring everyone along to drive alignment & action)
