Solution Manager, SAP Finance (Hybrid)

As the Solution Manager, SAP Finance you will deliver SAP S/4 capabilities and other supporting technologies within the Finance area into Stryker sites, through planning, mobilization, coordination, delivery, risk management and completion of the Global SAP Program.

This position requires flexible time in office weekly and capability to be onsite as needed.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, test, deploy and provide hyper care activities for all products, applications and technologies assigned to the Finance team including overall systems architecture and design in the larger context of complex heterogeneous systems.
• Coordinate and align with SAP Process and Solution Delivery Work Streams, Data Conversion, Deployment, and Stryker Affiliated Project Teams and other key business stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact between the Global SAP ERP program work streams and the global application ecosystems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integration across the SAP Program.
• Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics (KPIs) through the entire system development lifecycle.
• Responsible for leading and driving design and code reviews for Finance solutions.
• Provide overarching guidance and leadership on the technical and design and testing aspects of SAP Finance solutions to drive quality in all solutions program releases.
• Work with Demand Review Board to manage supply and demand into Build group, and plan and execute activities for the Build group in Finance.
• Develop and build robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.
• Formulates deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems.
• Proactively lead the resolution of risk and issues between global applications and the Global ERP program. Includes but not limited to the identification, assessment, and prioritization of program risks and issues.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required.
• Master's degree in a Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems, field is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience required.
• 5+ years of experience deploying or delivering global SAP ERP programs required.
• Experience in owning and building Finance applications and products required.
• Experience with Financial Processes, GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, WBS, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting, and Product Costing required.
• Experience as a Finance Lead and delivering the full or near full FICO scope required.
• Experience with SAP S4/ECC application architecture required, including configuration and integration with extended platforms.
• Demonstrated experience of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning required.
• Experience integrating S/4 HANA to Blackline, Vertex, SAP BPC, HFM, Paymetric, SFDC, Model N, WorkDay, are preferred.
• Experience in working with inbound and outbound interfaces having techno-functional knowledge of Middleware Technologies preferred.
• Experienced in enterprise solution methodologies, preferably in both traditional waterfall and agile approaches preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes preferred.
