What your new challenge will look like

As a Solution Marketing Manager at 4flow, you will lead a team responsible for translating our product and service features into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will ensure the right positioning of our USPs within the logistics and SCM market on a global level. Your primary tasks in this position will include: 

• Develop and continuously improve go-to-market strategies for our solutions. 

• Create compelling value propositions that highlight our unique offerings. 

• Translate our vision into specific customer messages and experiences and marketing campaigns. 

• Drive internal and external communication of our solutions. 

• Enable sales and digital marketing initiatives to realize the defined product strategies and constantly review the success of those activities. 

• Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. 

• Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation. 

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

• KPI definition and progress report.
