Your mission?
In this highly visible position, you will play a critical role in leading pre-sales engagements, helping to ensure that the proposed implementation solution will meet the customer's needs and will deliver significant value to the customer's organization.
You will be in charge of...
  1. Lead the implementation workshops with customers/prospects by demonstrating and sharing implementation and pricing best practices
  2. Analyze and map client requirements based on the software's capabilities
  3. Drive service sales by analyzing client needs, explaining our implementation methodology, and developing a tailored client service proposal
  4. Propose and present our service offerings and negotiate statements of work (SOWs) to ensure client value is realized
  5. Cooperate with Solution Architects (SA) to develop customer-specific project estimates and timeline
  6. Prepare detailed budgetary estimates and professional-level proposals in conjunction with the Revenue team
  7. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the project and executive levels
  8. Act as a business & pricing process advisor by demonstrating pricing and industry domain expertise
  9. Understand, analyze and articulate business and technical pricing related processes in the context of the Customer's business, technology landscape and pricing best practices
  10. Process modelling / translating the requirements into user stories at the right level of detail
  11. Collaborate with the Solution Strategy team on developing a prescriptive scope that will accelerate customer's time-to-value
  12. Ensure and execute on advancing the company initiatives to increase sales velocity including but limited to, leveraging and improving the industry Catalogs and Pfx accelerators
  13. Manage a team of Junior Solution Sales and Business Analysts


What should you have to succeed?
  1. We require Bachelor Degree in Business or Technical discipline, MBA is highly desirable
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to present complex concepts in an organized, accessible, and articulate manner to both commercial and technical audiences
  3. Proven sales skills and customer interaction experience
  4. Ability to speak English fluently (written and communication skills at B2+ level or higher are required)
  5. Industry / technical expertise
  6. Ability to understand the customer's current pricing and business process and to translate that into solution proposals and detailed customer requirements
  7. If possible to travel after the lift of current restrictions, ability to travel domestically up to 50% and occasional international travel will be necessary
  8. 5-10 years of experience in similar role in a business environment including sales, pricing, IT, or consulting
  9. Ability to influence and gain the confidence of Senior-Level Executives
  10. The discipline to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, high-performance team
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  12. Pricing, Financial, or "Big-Data" experience is a plus
