RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform demonstrations of the Alegeus platform to customers and prospects.

  • Continuously drive and promote the value of the Alegeus solutions for customer business challenges – create value, articulate value, maintain value.

  • Be the technical face of Alegeus to the customer – articulate the value of the product and answer questions and objections the customer easily and quickly may have.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise and credibility with customers, from technical admin to C Suite executives.

  • Educate account teams on strengths and weaknesses of competition – develop strategies and tactics to enable successful sales motions.

  • Create customer facing collateral.

  • Actively participate in setting Goals, Objectives, Strategies and Tactics to realize customer value and drive revenue.

  • Craft creative solutions that leverage informed assumptions even when only partial information is known.

  • Provide expertise to clients that allow the Alegeus platform to integrate seamlessly into their environment.

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand the future roadmaps and carry feedback from customer to influence the roadmap.

  • Provide technical leadership to the sales organization.

  • Travel of up to 75% coast-to-coast.

  • Work with overall account team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise and credibility with customers, from technical admin to C Suite executives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS required, Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science or similar field preferred.

  • Work experience in technical presales.

  • 2+ years of experience in technical solution sales engineering, solution architecture, customer facing business to-business/ channel sales or equivalent.

  • Experience and strong skill set working with Microsoft Office. (EXCEL, PPT, WORD, Etc.)

  • Experience with SaaS, FinTech, and/or Channel Go-To-Market models is highly preferred.

  • Experience working within complex, long sales cycles and organizations is highly preferred.

  • Direct experience working with online sales tools and CRM platforms is highly preferred.

  • Client Partner orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and excellent communication and presentation skills.
