Your mission?
In this highly visible position you will play a critical role in leading and being customer-facing in pre-sales engagements ensuring that the proposed implementation solution meets the customer’s needs and delivers significant value to the customer’s organization.
In addition support the Director Solution Sales in indirectly overseeing our US Team of Solution Sales Advisors.
You will be in charge of

Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Strategists to gather and review artifacts of initial discovery activities and plan scoping workshops draft detailed agendas and prepare workshop materials.

Be highly customer-facing when leading the implementation workshops with customers/prospects by demonstrating and sharing implementation and pricing best practices

Understand analyze and articulate business and technical pricing related processes in the context of the Customer’s business technology landscape and pricing best practices

Oversee the work of the US Solution Sales Advisors for specific pursuits including:

Preparing for implementation workshops
-
Analyzing and mapping client requirements to the software's capabilities

Modeling future state pricing processes

Translating the requirements into user stories at the right level of detail

Collaborate with Solution Architects (SA) to develop customer-specific project estimates and timeline

Prepare detailed budgetary estimates and professional-level proposals in conjunction with the Revenue team

Drive service sales by analyzing client needs explaining our implementation methodology and developing a tailored client service proposal

Prepared statements of works (SOWs) based on client services proposals to ensure client value is realized and Pricefx risk is managed

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the project and executive levels

Work directly with third-party SI Partners to help them craft SOWs and resource estimates for our mutual Customers.

Act as a business & pricing process advisor by demonstrating pricing and industry domain expertise

In conjunction with the Solution Sales Lead oversee the creation and/or continual improvement of our solution sales processes including workshop collateral estimation models and deployment approach

Act as a mentor and grow our team of Solution Advisors across Pricefx
What should you have to succeed?
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline MBA is highly desirable
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a business environment including sales pricing IT or consulting
-
5+ years of experience leading consulting and/or commercial teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to present complex concepts in an organized accessible and articulate manner to both commercial and technical audiences

Proven sales and customer interaction experience

Ability to speak and write English fluently
-
Ability to understand the customer's current pricing and business process and to translate that into solution proposals and detailed customer requirements

Ability to influence and gain the confidence of Senior-Level Executives

The discipline to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small high-performance team

Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
