Job Description:

A solutioning lead is responsible for designing and costing software applications and technology solutions. This role involves delivering business solution options, estimates, and design proposals, and participating in key architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop Team: Manage and support the Solution Design team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Develop detailed solution architectures and implementation plans. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring they align with client expectations and project timelines.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and pain points. Present solution proposals and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Project Involvement: Work closely with Project Managers and IT teams on technical documents, solution design, and project execution. Create comprehensive solution documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and implementation guides.
• Technical Accountability: Oversee the design and documentation of project architecture solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance solution offerings. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance of solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in designing and monitoring varied solutions for client business problems/requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Computer, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Deep domain expertise in understanding and translating business requirements /objectives into solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Risk management exposure, including incorporating risk mitigations into solution infrastructure and architecture deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.

• Costs estimation experience, including development, test and integration costs.
• Experience providing consultancy to the business and IT team members
