Solutions Analyst, Integrations

Purpose of the Position: The Solution Analyst is a consulting function handling the technical integration aspects for existing VMS clients. Individuals in this role are responsible for consulting with clients, gathering requirements, presenting Beeline best practices, developing, and ultimately delivering the integration solution using Beeline technology platforms. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with external customer stakeholders, as well as internal project team members to help facilitate the technical integrations of a customer's systems with the Beeline platform.

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on formulating and defining scope of work (SOW) and objectives to formalize integration project plans based on user needs, business system requirements, industry practices, and incorporation of best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business environment, processes, workflows, and functional requirements to optimally integrate with the VMS software.
• Define, supervise, and assist with test cycles. Execute user acceptance, integration, and end-to-end test scripts/cases.
• Create documentation for technical integrations of customer data with VMS.
• Support knowledge transfer to clients, facilitating a smooth transition upon closeout of the integration project.
• Understand software security principles such as cryptography, digital signatures, and ability to discuss security with customer technical staff.
• Use knowledge of file formats, and transmission protocols such as SFTP; FTP; EDI; XML etc, to configure managed file transfer systems for customer needs.
• Use knowledge of SAML to help facilitate customer configuration and troubleshooting of Single Sign On (SSO).
• Use web services to build complex integration functionality.
• Work with project teams to fully understand and execute on client integration requirements.
• Interact with the team, management and clients using strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage multiple, competing priorities and projects.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround.
• Operate effectively in a high change environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience technology delivery, and/or consulting roles.
• Prior experience with requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, lead meetings and present to large, cross-functional groups.
• Experience with multi-department (Procurement, HR, AP/Finance, IT, business unit) interactions and the ability to interact with and communicate to these groups.
• Ability to travel as assigned, on short notice, domestically and internationally.
• Ability to quickly establish customer confidence in IQNavigator/Beeline and the project team, often in complex and high-stress situations.
• Attention to detail critical.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to document a design using tools such as Visio.
• Some knowledge of SQL and data structures critical.
• Some knowledge of middleware capabilities.
• Experience with security software such as PGP.
• Experience with file transfer protocols, and managed file transfer providers.
• Experience in using and consuming web services.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and department.

Desired Competencies :

• Understand Dell Boomi middleware functionality and capabilities.
• Programming fundamentals, experience with relational databases and data analysis.
• Ability to read and understand code desired.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, Access, Excel Macros (VBA).
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and web-based software applications.
• Experience in services procurement and/or procurement.
• Prior experience in debugging, production support, or writing code.
• Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment.
• Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business.
