Solutions Architect

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

HiveWatch is in search of a Sales Engineer.  Your primary responsibility is to actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working in conjunction with the revenue team, you will be the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions.  As a liaison between our customers and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, onboarding, and integrations of a variety of our product lines. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for customer success.  This role will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.

You will also:

• Be a key member of HiveWatch’s Enterprise account team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy; Identify and close new complex opportunities, and accelerate solution adoption
• Successfully lead customer onboarding programs, as customers integrate with HiveWatch OS
• Support conversations with our customer stakeholders, while owning and leading the discovery and organization of technical requirements in order to effectively configure and implement the HiveWatch environment from inception to execution
• Negotiate technical implementation details and requirements with customers’ technical stakeholders involving their network, compute, and cyber security controls to assure a timely and successful implementation of HiveWatch OS
• Leverage robust organizational, communication, and project management expertise to facilitate smooth onboarding for multiple new customers by coordinating the right resources, technologies, and stakeholders.
• Utilize strong organization and communications skills in project managing multiple implementations, by ensuring alignment on proper resources, technologies, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and other team members to ensure an amazing experience for our customers
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to bring insights, trends and opportunities to the leadership, product and engineering teams from the forefront and prioritized for delivery
• Work closely with Engineering team on the technical requirements of our products as they grow and evolve, and help guide our internal teams and our external customers on understanding the impacts of those requirements
• Excel in active ownership and participation in the relationship between our revenue organization and our technology organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with a variety of virtualization technologies
• Exposure to a variety of network architectures, and experience with network routing and related concepts. 
• Experience working with linux command line
• Working knowledge of AWS and other cloud services
• Track record of successful customer-facing interactions
• 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (or similar role) in fast-paced technology environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical experience configuring and troubleshooting physical security technologies, ranging from modern SaaS platforms to legacy hardwares and softwares
• Enterprise Access Control Systems 
• Video Management Systems
• Intrusion Detection Devices and Systems
• Experience with IOT concepts and technologies
• Knowledge of GIT
• Certifications
• Technology: Network+ or related industry certifications
• Physical Security: OnGuard, C-CURE, AMAG, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Salary range for this position: $160,000 - $190,000 per year
• Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan
• Hybrid role based 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in El Segundo, CA.  Fully remote is not an option.
