As a Solutions Architect, you’ll lead each agile team as the technical lead and will be serving as an application architect, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do: 

• Provide technical leadership to the team who provides full SDLC activities to the client.
• Be responsible for reviewing and approving the team’s designs for all development work.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Provide oversight to the agile team and co-lead with the PM for technical vision and direction.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 8+ years of experience leading agile software development teams in a technical leadership role.

• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist).

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Ruby on Rails, Java Spring, JavaScript, Node.js.

   

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as ExtJS, Angular, and JavaScript libraries.

• Knowledge of back-end technologies, such as PHP, .NET, and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

• Proficiency in working with databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL.

• Previous experience with COOP capabilities and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
