We’re looking for a Solutions Architect, focused on Enterprise Brands, to join our Platform Experience team at MNTN! Your focus is to bring depth and expertise, and reduce the complexity during the sales process so that our product(s) seem simple, and perfectly aligned with a customer's business goals. You will act as the voice of the customer to identify product enhancements and partnership requirements where current solutions may not meet the ever changing needs of the marketplace.
While you will work closely with Enterprise customers in the pre-sales motion, you will also serve as the client’s contact for technical product support, as well as providing individual platform training and encouraging platform adoption. You will train clients on the platform from campaign setup to custom reporting. Solutions Architects will manage all communication from Enterprise support tickets submitted in the platform; ranging from training on key features, enablement of all end users, and technical issue resolution. This role is a key part of the customer experience, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported within the platform through continued enablement.
You will:
- Be the platform knowledge expert on MNTN
- Act as a subject matter expert in Martech and Adtech - major plus if you have CTV and Performance marketing background - understanding how Enterprise brands buy CTV and leverage things like clean rooms, MTA/MMM models designed for direct buys will be key for success in this role
- Partner with the Sales team to go on-site/meetings and engage with clients to educate, evangelize and solve for more complex partnership opportunities that exist between MNTN and Enterprise Customers resulting in net new revenue opportunities and incremental growth
- Consult with the Sales team on best strategies and approaches for ideal customer profile and uncover opportunities for new customer segments by leveraging product solutions and services
- Document the client's data infrastructure in effort to draw a vision of what can be accomplished and products/services that best suit the customers CTV and performance investment strategy
- Scale out knowledge and successful engagements to up-skill the Sales Engineering team.
- Work closely with the product team to return product feedback to inform future product requirements/enhancements
- Provide feedback on ways to optimize our training curriculum to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams when product issues or feature requests surface that should be addressed
- Pro-actively engage with colleagues in ongoing knowledge sharing and subject matter growth
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners both in-person and remotely
- Participate in the completion of RFPs and/or RFIs
- Create/maintain documentation for opportunities or internal process
You Have:
- 2-3 years of working with customers (enterprise customers is a plus) in one of the following roles: technical pre-sales, technical account manager, sales engineer or solutions architectÂ
- Ability to examine/analyze, interpret and articulate technical information to audiences of varying technical levels
- A deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and comfortably via phone, video calls, and email
- Strong interpersonal skills. Platform Experience Managers must form positive relationships with customers and internally at MNTN
- Solution oriented thinker - Platform Experience Managers must strive to understand each customer’s unique needs in order to provide successful support and recommend best practices
- Experience training and educating others - developing training curriculum and programs is a big plus
- A knack for multitasking and prioritizing efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Works well individually and as part of a team, while fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment
- Taken action to solve client challenges while providing a high level of service
- Should have experience creating/executing presentations – Powerpoint/Keynote (Keynote a plus)
- Proficiency in G-mail
- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
- Working with a self service platform (plus)
