Solutions Architect
SwXtch.io is looking for a driven, motivated candidate to join our Product team as a Solutions Architect. You will demonstrate the composure and aptitude required to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure and fast-paced startup environment.
This position is best suited for a highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who is passionate about building and supporting great solutions. You will work directly with end users to design, implement and support enterprise cloud deployments. You will be the primary customer interface for technical and support issues.
This job is a hybrid role located in the New York office.Â

What You'll Do:
- Analyze system requirements for customer applications in high performance cloud deployments
- Interact closely with customers at all organizational levels (sales, technical, executive) to establish business objectives and define successful outcomes
- Design and document technical solutions
- Manage support functions through the life of an account
- Understand and apply deployment and design strategies for each of the three major public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Work with swXtch.io development teams to prioritize and integrate product requirements into development cycles
- Create business opportunities by working with sales and marketing partners
- Provide technical assistance and business support as required to close opportunities
You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in technical systems design and implementation
- Experience with Linux command line
- Experience with Windows Server networking
- Experience with cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of cloud concepts and deployment methods
- Understand networking concepts and theories
