Solutions Architect

Our Professional Services Team is the foundation of our customer’s experience and success with Instabase. This founding team will build and publish apps on the Instabase marketplace platform and develop custom end-to-end solutions to the most critical and strategic NP-hard problems for our customer’s operations. 

As a Solutions Architect, you will design world-class solutions using your subject matter expertise in cloud infrastructure, data science, and the Instabase platform to enable customers to solve challenges ranging from loan processing and approval (for programs like the PPP), all the way to insurance claims correspondence and legal discovery automation.

What you’ll do: 

• Design, and develop cloud infrastructure architectural designs to help the Instabase platform meet the client’s business needs
• Collaborate with client’s developers to make sure that preliminary requirements of a build are met before continuing to design and integrate the project
• Work with customers to design simple, efficient, scalable, and reusable solutions that deliver immediate customer value applying the Instabase platform.
• Guide customers through the Instabase proof-of-concept evaluation process - discover, scope, develop, and review.
• Gather client’s technical and business requirements to create well defined Statement of Work documents clearly defines the success criteria
• Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders from engineers to CTOs.
• Recommend architectures and services for customers to move from a proof of concept to a production solution launch spanning cloud infrastructure, application development, integration, and security.
• Develop technical content i.e. demos, white papers, webinars, training, architecture guides, etc. based on customer consulting intuition to reduce customer time-to-value.
• Drive innovation of the Instabase platform by working with the Engineering team to drive the development of key product features

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role i.e. solutions architect, principal consultant, TAM, professional services, etc.
• Subject matter expertise (SME) in cloud infrastructure and/or data science solutions.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers i.e. insurance, financial services, healthcare, logistics, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to audiences of all levels of technical, business, and organization responsibility.
• Proficient writing technical guides, demos, and sample applications in at least one programming language i.e. Python, Java.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to customer sites and events.
