Coreweave is a leading cloud infrastructure company that provides cutting-edge solutions to a diverse range of customers. We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to provide technical expertise to customers during pre-sale, proof of concept engagements, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance and optimization of workloads. You will own the technology strategy for your team and support them in driving Coreweave adoption with our customers.
What you’ll work on:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high value customers, responsible for building technical relationships and ensuring their technical success with Coreweave's cloud infrastructure offerings.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and design, prototype, and deploy solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead proof of concept engagements to demonstrate the value and feasibility of Coreweave's solutions in specific environments.
- Provide technical leadership in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to address technical questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with Coreweave's sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success, identify areas for improvement, and develop customer stories and technical marketing documents.
- Provide feedback on product features, functionality, and performance, and contribute regularly to product strategy and architecture discussions.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads, identifying opportunities for workload optimization and potential solutions application.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and infrastructure, and provide thought leadership to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prototype and spearhead the research and development of emerging products and solutions, delivering prototypes and key takeaways for internal consumption.
- Attend conferences and industry events; travel as needed.
Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.Â
- You’ve got some of this under your belt. You have proven experience as a solutions architect or a technical account manager in a cloud infrastructure or related industry.
- You’re an expert in your field. You have strong technical expertise in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies, and some hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- You can break it down for customers. You communicate clearly and with empathy, and have a knack for talking about complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You’re a relationship builder. Customer relationships are important to you, and you take the time to understand their requirements and find the optimal solutions to meet their needs.
- You like tackling a gnarly problem. You can analyze complex situations and develop creative and effective solutions.
- You get it done. You’re self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You’re curious about what we do. You’re familiar with or interested in Coreweave's cloud infrastructure offerings, or that of a similar cloud platform.
- You’re familiar with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies and their integration with cloud solutions, enabling the architect to design scalable and efficient solutions that leverage AI/ML capabilities. A data science background is also helpful!
- You understand Visual Effects (VFX) technologies and their implementation in cloud-based environments, allowing the architect to collaborate effectively with VFX teams and design solutions that optimize rendering, compositing, and other VFX processes.
