Solutions Architect
Reports To: Practice Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Certification and Experience in at least one complete product suite such as: Infor Lawson EFM, Infor Lawson SCM, Infor HCM (S3), Infor HCM TM, etc. This includes multiple successful full implementation and upgrade experiences including but not limited to set up, configuration, processing, file structure/data mapping, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and staff augmentation. Technical consultants must have certification and experience in development, system administration, security administration or system configuration.
Certification and Experience in Specialty Areas such as: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Mobile Supply Chain, Budgeting and Planning, Corporate Performance Management, Security, Talent Management, AMCOM Messenger etc.
Qualified and comfortable in 'lone' role at client site, acting with little support and guidance
Provides excellent, professional client service at all times, tailoring consulting approach to the type of engagement and aligning services with the goals of the company.
Acts in a leadership capacity on project teams, providing activity direction and task management to both clients and consultants assigned to team. Ability to coach and mentor consultants including acting as a North Star Mentor.
Eligible to Certify as a Corporate Trainer and to Perform External Training.
Eligible to Present at User Groups and Conferences.
Eligible to Certify in the Assessment Process and to Perform Assessments.
Capable of leading one or more complex, multi-phased projects.
Extensive system tenure.
Extensive Industry and Best Practice Knowledge.
Extensive capabilities across product suites, technology and related products - capability in understanding the 'big picture' and ability to lead journey mapping session with clients.
Competencies and Experience:
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's Maxims and Bail's strong internal culture of mutual support and respect.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years' professional experience required; professional services or consulting experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience implementing, training, or supporting enterprise resource planning software strongly preferred
• Knowledge and/or familiarity with Infor/Lawson suite of products strongly preferred
• Relevant Infor certifications or training strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to balance urgent, short-term needs with strategic, long-term priorities
• Exhibits strength in relating to people, including ability to deliver feedback and inspire and motivate others to succeed
• Exhibits business acumen, including a basic understanding of financial metrics and how to lead a team in alignment with organizational goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, as well as with diverse candidates, consultants, and client bases
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and to alter approach or method to successfully lead change; reacts well under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, computers, email, correspondence, and spreadsheets
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
Additional Details:
• Travel up to 50% of the time, or as practice and client needs dictate
