Solutions Architect (Malaga, Hybrid-remote)

We seek a Solutions Architect with deep technical expertise to join us and support organizational growth.  

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their business and technical requirements
• Translate client needs into actionable project scopes and technical solutions
• Design scalable, secure and efficient software solutions using commonly used technical stacks (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js or Python, databases etc) in cloud environments (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflows to guide development teams with Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
• Estimate project timelines, resources, and costs, ensuring feasibility and efficiency
• Oversee the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative and competitive solutions
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution
• Foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication and expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in sales activities in the role of solutions architect (calls, meetings with potential clients, attending conferences)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in one or several commonly used technical stacks (JavaScript, Python or Node.js, databases)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, diagrams, and project plans
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to estimate project requirements, costs, and timelines accurately
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
