POSITION PROFILE

Working as the lead solution owner, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for the alignment of the regional and country-level line of business technical SME resources to deliver the strategic plan and customer specific solution roadmaps.

S/he needs to translate required customer needs and goals into architecture models that can shape the customer's digital infrastructure utilising Ricoh's IT, Communication, Business Process and Application Services portfolio. Ensuring appropriate consideration to the customer's requirements and quality are also taken.

We are looking for a candidate who can inspire our customers with an understanding of what technology can do and drive the future Ricoh as we shape our digital services capabilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

General functional technical

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant technical systems tooling, and mastery of several complicated business principles such as:
    • Project and programme management, governance, resource management, risk- quality management, and auditing
    • System development lifecycle management
    • IT Services management
    • Infrastructure and operations
    • Business modelling
    • Business ecosystems
    • SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
    • SOA, APIs
    • Financial forecasting, cost analyses, budgeting and planning

  • Expand customer footprint, market share and revenue attainment
  • Develop execute programmes to drive Ricoh mindshare as a strategic partner in named Global Major Accounts
  • Act as technical focal point for RGS prioritised services portfolio and lead solution design technical responses for strategic deals, including with ecosystem partners where relevant
  • Develop best practices in securing repeatable and scalable solutions across named accounts
  • Maintain familiarity with technology relevant to the RGS Priority Services portfolio strategy.

Revenue Perspective

  • Close new services contracts worth $55m TCV in FY22
  • Ensure contract profitability greater than 25%
  • Create, promote and maintain a global customer-focused technical community made up of local and regional technical SMEs
  • Create technical competitor gap analyses

Communications and working relationships

On-going communication collaboration to align Local, Regional / Global efforts

  • Internal: All departments and levels across Ricoh Global Services, Ricoh Europe, Ricoh Americas, Ricoh Asia Pacific (as part of the Ricoh Digital Services business unit) •
  • External: Engage with suppliers, customers, partners and industry analysts as required
  • Technical network up to and including D and C-level at Global Major Accounts and Strategic Partners
  • Key sales and pre-sales contacts at Strategic Partners
  • Maintain a strong D and C-level network within the IT Services industry

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)

  • Degree level or equivalent preferred; Business Administration, Marketing, and / or STEM- related Degree, and relevant B2B experience across a range of industries.
  • Business Development / Consulting / Alliance experience in technology services
  • Experience in a quota-bearing role selling technology services is essential
  • Experience in consultative selling methodologies
  • Strong preference for candidates with successful track record establishing and driving initiatives in an international environment.

Additional Pay Details:

Compensation range is $100,000-$128,000

Position is bonus eligible - Short Term Incentive - 20%
