Solutions Architect - SAP

Our team of SAP professionals are subject matter experts in their area of expertise, supporting Sub Zero's SAP S/4 HANA greenfield implementation, including operational support. Our SAP team currently includes five experienced leads consisting of an Application & Cloud Administrator, Integration Architect, Security Analyst III, Reporting Architect and Senior ABAP & Fiori Developer. This role will also support and work closely with our Solution Integrator, Application Management Services vendors, and other roles in support of our ERP.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis
• Be hands-on in configuration along with leadership skills in leading fit-to-standard & design workshops, requirements gathering, client meetings and managing a workstream
• Guide the implementation team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
• Work on large projects, create a solution prototype; scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary
• Monitor the work of the technical teams to ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP's Solution Extensions and industry best practices
• Demonstrate an understanding of business requirements and the ability to relate the business strategy into solution requirements
• Participate in the product roadmap and product strategy definition
• Ability to engage & develop partnerships with senior business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment to architectural standards and optimization of the technology landscape
• Participate in Architectural reviews for product and platform teams
• Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other Sub-Zero systems / components that interface with SAP S/4 HANA
• Hold self and others accountable to the committed deadlines and ensure successful deliverables
• Take an active role in the development of other team members
• Act as a mentor, coach, and provide training to engineers and consultants by sharing solution and technical expertise
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects
