The scope of our Implementation includes Finance, Sales (Commerce Cloud), Planning (IBP), Purchasing, Inventory (EWM), Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance and Quality. Our initial effort is a four year implementation of SAP, with a transition off of an existing non SAP system. We then plan to extend our environment with additional new capabilities once we have completed of the project. Primary Responsibilities
- Integrate solution design and business processes across functionalities.
- Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis.
- Continues to be hands-on in configuration along with leadership skills in leading fit-to-standard & design workshops, requirements gathering, client meetings and managing a workstream.
- Partner with delivery teams on deployments from start to finish.
- Work on large projects, create a solution prototype; scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary.
- Think analytically, work under pressure and display creativity and flexibility when designing client solutions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of business requirements and the ability to relate the business strategy into solution requirements.
- Engage & develop partnerships with senior business stakeholders.
- Support change management and training relative to new processes or platforms; support user testing and acceptance.
- Communicate highly technical concepts.
- Enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment.
- Ensure alignment to architectural standards and optimization of the technology landscape.
- Participate in Architectural reviews for product and platform teams.
- Act as a mentor, coach, and provide training to engineers and consultants by sharing solution and technical expertise
