Summary of Role/Position

We are currently seeking a Solution Architect for our Warehouse Management Systems. This role will work with multiple stakeholders, business and technology teams and coordinate project execution. Ensure that projects are completed to specification.

You Will

• Partner with the Product team to define implementation plans based on best practices for Korber One /HighJump software architecture
• Configure Korber One/HighJump WMS to achieve business needs

• Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures
• Evaluate and ensure that application and processes are positioned for scalability
• Validate processes meet process design requests
• Develop testing approach for bug-free deployments of new features
• Build reports and dashboards

• Document technical decisions and business processes
• Debug and troubleshoot existing HighJump configuration
• Provide support to end users when they encounter system issues
• Escalate issues to HighJump support as needed

You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of Korber One/HighJump WMS Experience
• 4+ years SQL experience including stored procedures.
• 4+ years implementing or supporting Korber One/HighJump Warehouse Advantage with Advantage Architect and Page Editor
• Strong experience working with Korber One/HighJump

• Excellent written communication skills including technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Possessing strong knowledge of Backend/Supply Chain systems and processes within an ecommerce company
• Strong communications skills - clear and direct written and verbal
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
