Altana is seeking a Solutions Associate to support our Solutions and Implementation teams to manage the delivery of Atlas deployments and drive adoption of our platform to customers across several UK government departments. The Solutions Associate will be responsible for managing work streams on customer deployments, gathering user feedback, addressing new use cases, and ultimately ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from the Altana Atlas in support of their critical missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand HMG departmental use cases and domains, identifying opportunities to leverage the Altana Atlas platform to drive new insights and improve users existing workflows;
- Coordinate with Solutions and Implementation teams to set customer account strategies, and define, track and report key success criteria both internally and externally;
- Drive platform adoption across customer organisations through the development of user-focused case studies and trainings;
- Evolve into an expert at using Altana’s product suite in order to become comfortable conducting customer-directed investigations either through the user interface or by direct querying of the Atlas knowledge graph database;
- Over time, help build a team of world class Solutions professionals to serve a growing portfolio of HMG departments.
Requirements
- 2-3 years customer or client-facing experience either at a growth-stage B2B software startup, a leading technology company, or a consulting firm;
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal;
- Eligible to obtain UK SC clearance.
Nice to have, but not required
- Some technical skills in Python or SQL would be an advantage but not required.
