Job Description
As the Solutions Consultant you will leverage your natural ability to connect with people, elicit interest through key value alignment, engage professionally with prospects to demonstrate enterprise software, and assist the sales team in closing complex deals. In this role you must be self-driven and capable of pivoting on-the-fly to ascertain and quickly address business case scenarios by aligning solution capabilities to solve problems. You must be a clear communicator, eager listener, passionate about insurance, solution-oriented, and well organized.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to go through the Discovery process with prospects to identify qualified deals
- Have a deep understanding of the solution that can be positioned to increase sales and connect with existing clients
- Be able to present the solution in a meaningful and concise way to the prospect working with the sales rep to address all pain points
- Travel for in-person demonstrations will be required as well as virtual demonstrations
- Take charge on all RFP/RFI's and related documentation to present the business in a constructive position
- Liaising with product management, and product marketing for planning, continuous improvement and learning
- Contributing knowledge on market trends, client trends and risk management topics
- Running demonstrations and assisting in the training of new employees
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS experience in Solutions Consultant, Ops, Implementation, and Sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Action-oriented and self-starter

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $100,000-$125,000 (DOE)
