What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant that will act as a presales engineering client facing consultant. You will be focused in the media and entertainment vertical. You will meet with client's engineering, technical solutions, and data science teams to decide a menu of solutions and if the project will be an existing package or will require a custom build. Key attributes will be: logic, advanced problem solving, understanding of Adtech and Identity.
What You'll Bring:

• 3-5+ years experience in similar roles at cloud SAAS, Martech or Adtech businesses
• Highly developed commercial and strategic acumen in multiple verticals like retail, media & streaming, Connected TV, and financial services.
• Proven record of being a technical champion within these platforms and verticals
• Track record of driving revenue growth and sales efficiencies through your technical solutions in similar businesses
• Own the onboarding timeline, liaising internally with Operations, Product, and Engineering to execute on client implementations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.
• Conduct demos and attend in person meetings to provide technical expertise.
• Confer with customers, product management, and engineering to assess system and product requirements, including being the voice of the customer for an ever-expanding product portfolio.
• Participate in our product release cycle through requirement gathering, design vetting, and user acceptance testing.
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Own technical troubleshooting and ensure all account issues are quickly resolved.
• Assist in documenting our products and provide training to internal teams and clients.
