Position Summary
The Solutions Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Offerpad customers, internal agents and educating clients on Offerpad full suite of services. Provide concierge-level services to real estate agents and their clients. Reporting to a Solutions Coordinator Team Manager, this role will assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials; oversee social media for the market; schedule showings and other appointments and manage transactions in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
- Support Solutions Experts in the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all escrow-related paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and oversee transaction plans, social media postings, and real estate projects.
- Attend weekly progress meetings to help teams stay on track.
- Manage CRS / Salesforce data entry and client follow-up tasks.
- Schedule maintenance and repair work for properties.
- Respond and route leads via text, email, and phone calls; help organize, track, follow up and nurture new leads and past clients.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to create strategic objectives.
- Evaluate dates, contract options, and prepare strategic direction.
- Assist in onboarding new team members.
- Complete all administrative tasks assigned by management including but not limited to the Solutions Coordinator Team Manager, Solutions Expert, broker, or customer to help the entire process run smoothly.
Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a licensed, active real estate agent in the local market with the ability to maintain licensure. and be in good standing with the local realtor board throughout employment.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate strategy or operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
- Strong strategic yet analytical thinker with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities, and timelines to achieve results
- Exhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
- Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be flexible to in approach and solutions being recommended.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
- PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
