About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our initial software release, working closely with our design partner customers, and building a vibrant ecosystem around our initial product release, leveraging your expertise in both AI development and solution architecture.


Responsibilities:
  • Bridge the gap between customer experience and engineering:
  • Translate insights from customer interactions into valuable technical requirements for the engineering team, focusing on AI-specific needs and DLOps integration
  • Advocate for user needs and champion customer-centric design decisions that address their AI development and deployment challenges
  • Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve and refine the product, ensuring it caters to the evolving needs of AI developers and data scientists
  • Develop engaging interactive guides:
  • Create clear and concise materials as interactive guidesΒ to empower potential customers to understand and leverage our software's key features and capabilities, particularly as they relate to AI model development, training, and deployment within their existing infrastructure
  • Design training programs that cater to different audiences and learning styles, addressing the specific needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and IT professionals
  • Stay up-to-date on community advancements and ensure training materials are accurate and relevant, reflecting the latest advancements in AI capabilities and DLOps best practices
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy:
  • Actively engage with the deep learning community to identify market opportunities and potential partnerships, focusing on solutions that address key challenges in AI development and deployment
  • Analyze trends and insights to prioritize features and capabilities that benefit AI developers and data scientists, considering DLOps requirements and ecosystem integration
  • Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships and build a broader ecosystem around our software, fostering collaboration with tools and service providers in the deep learning space
  • Additional responsibilities:
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in deep learning, AI model development, and DLOps best practices
  • Develop strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences, clearly explaining complex AI concepts and solutions
  • Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across different teams, including engineering, product, and customer success
  • Work closely with key customer design partners:
  • Collaborate with early adopters to understand their needs, feedback, and deployment experiences, particularly focusing on their AI model development and deployment challenges, and documenting the benefits of the RapidFire product
  • Assist partners in deploying and testing our initial software release within their deep learning infrastructure, providing guidance on performance optimization and troubleshooting
  • Gather comprehensive technical feedback on features and functionality, specifically related to AI model development, training, and deployment capabilities


    • Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of deep learning concepts, architectures, and model development processes
  • Practical experience developing and deploying AI models
  • Understanding of deep learning infrastructure and performance issues
  • Familiarity with DLOps principles and activities, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring
  • Experience working with ecosystem tools like PyTorch, Jupyter notebooks, and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for a non-technical audience
  • Passion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
