Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members can work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. Conditions permitting, teams will meet in person a few weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly's hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in KrakĂłw.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing Grammarly Business team. The role will build Grammarly Business into a thriving global B2B offering, including setting the bar high for impact in key deals and taking the responsibility to accelerate growth.

Your impact

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers onboard successfully and see the value of Grammarly Business from day one. You will also help identify expansion opportunities and bring feedback to our Product team. Finally, you will help build out the necessary tools and processes to help Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams keep customers happy and engaged. 

As a Grammarly Business Sales Engineering team member, you will collaborate with your peers to build out this new function. You will define new processes and standards for how future Solutions Engineers will work, and then seek feedback to improve and evolve what you put in place. Additionally, you will help test your colleagues’ processes and standards and provide feedback as needed to help uplevel the team as a whole. 

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Grammarly Business's largest customers.
  • Take full ownership of implementing Grammarly Business for each new customer.
  • Ensure seamless and successful customer onboarding, including implementing Grammarly Business.
  • Identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate with Grammarly Business product and self-serve teams to further the development of the Grammarly Business roadmap.
  • Play a key role in establishing a thriving end-to-end revenue system.

  • For North America–based employment: Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, meaning pay may vary depending on your location. Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region’s cost of labor index. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our compensation packages include equity; a wide range of medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options; retirement benefits; and parental leave. We offer twenty days of paid time off per year (global), eleven days of paid holidays per year (US and Canada), and unlimited sick days (global). 

The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. 

Grammarly team members in this role must be based in California, Colorado, Texas, Atlanta, GA, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, or Toronto.

The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future. 

United States: 
Zone 1: $150,000 – 175,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $139,500 – 162,750/year (USD)
Zone 3: $134,250 – 156,625/year (USD)
Zone 4: $129,000 – 150,500/year (USD)
