Solutions Engineer

Role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with in-depth knowledge and expertise in revenue cycle management. In this role, you will be critical in successfully integrating SmarterDx into hospital IT systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help guide the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that our solutions are effectively integrated and meet client requirements. This position requires exceptional problem solving skills, project management skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of SmarterDx solutions for clients
• Directly communicate with clients to understand their EMR, coding, and billing systems
• Problem-solve and identify how to integrate our solution
• Develop repeatable strategies and playbooks
• Write clear guides on integration methods and best practices.
• Work closely with our implementation, engineering, and data science teams to apply integration solutions
• Offer technical help and advice during the integration process
• Educate both our team and clients
• Improve integration methods by considering client feedback and new technology trends

Your Qualities

• 8+ years' experience in a healthcare IT related field (or, if your y-intercept is lower, evidence that your slope is super steep)
• In-depth knowledge of one or more EHR systems, such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech

• Ideally, a background in healthcare consulting, and/or experience deployed software in a healthcare context
• Ownership mindset. Build and own features from start to finish
• Problem solver who thinks creatively to identify solutions to problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Previous experience as an early joiner in a young technology company or evidence that you are scrappy

Compensation

• $160K to $220K base salary + equity
