As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Sales and Customer Service departments by designing and implementing innovative systems solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop strategies, and deploy cutting-edge technologies that enhance our operations and customer experiences.

OUR HOME: Alleviate has a 30,000 Sq foot headquarters based out of Irvine, CA. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Orange County’s booming business and finance district. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Â

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between cloud systems, CRM, and other client-facing and internal platforms. Customize tools to meet specific business and client requirements.Â

Develop, test, and debug code and scripts to support integration and customization efforts. Ensure high-quality and maintainable code.Â

Create and deploy basic integrations to streamline business processes and enhance system functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.Â

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for integrated systems. Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.Â

Work closely with product management, engineering, IT, and customer support teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions that align with company goals.Â

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, customizations, and system configurations. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Â

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cloud systems, CRM, and integration technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.Â

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in technical solutions engineering, with a focus on integrations and customizations for cloud systems and CRM platforms within the financial services industry

Proficiency in coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) and experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., APIs, webhooks). Knowledge of cloud phone systems (e.g., VoIP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable

Understanding of financial services industry standards, regulations, and best practices is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teamsÂ
