Solutions Engineer

Vivacity Tech is looking for a Solutions Engineer on our Technical Solutions team to be responsible for providing extensive knowledge to sell software solutions to clients. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with our Sales Team.

This is a hybrid position in St. Paul, MN. You must be located in the St. Paul, MN area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

• Conduct client discovery calls with sales representatives
• Meet with customers to discuss their hardware and software needs
• Strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions
• Draft and deliver presentations on targeted products
• Provide post-deployment follow-ups with customers
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Accommodate customers by communicating with the technical solutions team to provide and disseminate information
• Act as a reference and resolver for customers with all technical concerns or issues 
• Support the technology solutions and/or sales team with technical related queries in reference to our systems and applications
