Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer for Raptive’s Enterprise team, you will be a technical specialist and publisher onboarding expert, for our network’s largest sites. You not only ensure the seamless onboarding of publishers but also maintain strong relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new ad layouts for performance optimizations. You serve as the bridge between our network and publishers, offering technical support, data analysis, and quality assurance to enhance revenue potential and user experience. Your multifaceted expertise, from ad tag setup to problem-solving, empowers publishers for success and contributes to our network's growth within the dynamic landscape of digital advertising.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess and scope solution requirements for prospective Raptive customers, identifyingintegration needs and ensuring new publishers are set up for success
• Ensure a seamless publisher experience from pre-to-post sale
• Build out custom targeting mappings for publishers’ direct campaign deals
• Serves as a contact for addressing project-related issues and troubleshooting concerns related to the integration of Ad Tech platforms.
• Enhance and uphold the codebase's quality by implementing comprehensive testing,encompassing both functional and non-functional aspects, including load testing, unit testing and integration testing
• Craft tidy and optimized HTML and CSS code for smooth ad format integration on diverse platforms and devices.
• Constantly assess and fine-tune ad formats to enhance loading speed, visual attractiveness, and overall performance, all while following industry standards.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

• Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive at building out technical solutions to business problems
• Familiarity with advertising technology and related topics, such as cookies, HTTP and ad servers
• Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)
• Mastery in WordPress, HTML5/XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and XML.
• SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization platforms (ie, Looker, Domo, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and common diagnostic solutions a plus

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
