We are looking to add a Solutions Engineer with strong technical and consultative experience to our growing team to drive our client life cycle, work through solution brainstorming, and help design scalable and global solutions for Clients/Partners across all our target markets.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Work with the largest organizations in the world to create solutions that drives sales, reduces complexity, improves efficiency and cost.
  • Lead solution discovery discussions with our clients and partners
  • Develop deep understanding of PayPal's products and technology and determine the best solutions for web commerce, mobile applications, and payment platforms
  • Be a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders and demonstrate payments industry expertise as well as knowledge of PayPal products and services
  • Work with technical product leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes our products and payment platform
  • Develop Solution Proposals and Solution Designs to define the overall solution and implementation plan with partner engineering teams
  • Build trust and partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, and lead engagements to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Become the technical expert and voice of the client to help drive PayPal's product roadmap to support important opportunities and industries.


Requirements
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical/Solutions/Sales Engineer
  • Excellent relationship builder at all levels with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.
  • Consultative experience leveraging your business acumen and knowledge to become a trusted advisor and influence solution design
  • Skilled multi-tasker with ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, resourceful and a rapid/enthusiastic learner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to diverse audiences and across functional areas to build a cohesive message and create consensus amongst all stakeholders
  • Proven strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
