About the job:

As a cutting-edge provider of crypto on and off-ramps, Unlimit Crypto is paving the way for the next generation of financial technology. Our Developer Relations Engineers play a crucial role in partnering with leading crypto companies, ensuring their successful integration with our platform. This role demands proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and a strong technical foundation in cryptocurrency and payments technologies.

Role Objectives:

-Smooth Partner Integration: Ensure that partners can integrate smoothly and transition to production without any unforeseen issues.

-Exceptional Communication: Respond promptly to partners, providing a VIP experience through quality interactions and fast service.

-Collaborative and Approachable: Maintain ease of communication, facilitating a cooperative working environment with partners.

-Technical Support: Develop demos and assist with partner integrations as needed.

Key Success Metrics:

-Responsiveness: Address and resolve queries and tasks efficiently.

-Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

-Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of Unlimit Crypto products to provide rapid solutions to technical issues.

-Integration Support: Aid developers in seamless end-to-end integrations; extensive understanding of APIs, SDKs, and crypto payments is required. 

-Problem-Solving: Navigate through ambiguous situations to find solutions and provide clarity. Demonstrates ingenuity in overcoming obstacles and crafting effective solutions under challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

-Documentation: Proactively update and enhance API documentation to improve the developer experience.

-Partner Support: Assist partners throughout the integration process to ensure a frictionless transition to production.

-Issue Resolution: Investigate partner inquiries and collaborate with the team to prioritize solutions and manage expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with APIs and SDKs.

-Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with both partners and internal team members.

-Crypto or Payments Knowledge: Robust understanding of cryptocurrency, particularly in payment contexts. Experience in developing Web3 or payments projects is a plus.

-Proficient in English
