This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of Kubernetes optimization and cloud efficiency in a highly technical, customer-facing environment.
You will partner closely with sales and engineering teams to help organizations improve Kubernetes performance, scalability, and cost management through advanced SaaS solutions.
The position combines technical leadership, strategic consulting, and solution engineering, allowing you to directly influence customer success and business outcomes.
You will lead technical discovery sessions, proof-of-concept initiatives, and ROI-driven presentations for enterprise clients across diverse industries.

Accountabilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, Kubernetes challenges, and cloud optimization goals.
- Drive technical validation processes and Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring successful implementation and measurable customer outcomes.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Kubernetes optimization capabilities and addressing client-specific use cases.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI analyses highlighting cost savings, operational efficiency, and performance improvements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding prospects through evaluations and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with account executives, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and industry events through technical presentations and product showcases.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reporting, and internal business metrics related to customer engagements and solution performance.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, FinOps, and cloud optimization best practices.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions related to observability, cloud infrastructure, optimization, or platform engineering.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret monitoring and observability data from tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Proven ability to create technical business cases and communicate ROI to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience supporting technical sales processes including demos, evaluations, trials, and RFPs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for continuous learning in cloud-native technologies.
- Previous experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, SRE, Platform Engineer, or FinOps professional is considered a plus.
